The obtained items are gifted/transferred to Moldova World Children's Fund (MWCF), then shipped to Moldova. MWCF also accepts donated items from various Western European countries (e.g., The Netherlands). MWCF in turn has the aforementioned items transferred to schools and university, and medical facilities (hospitals, clinics, and Hospice) in Moldova. There is no sell or resell of noncash contributions to or from MWCF. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b MWCF Board of Directors are provided the first two pages of Form 990 prior to filing. Additional pages are prepared for MWCF's Annual Meeting. All pages are available for Director viewing at the Annual Meeting or upon request at any time after filing. For example, an average of only $9,890 has been taken annually by the President during the past twenty years. Written, legally binding, waivers of salary executed by the President are maintained by the Chairman of the Board of Directors and reported annually to the Directors.
