Our appliance ministry provides appliances to low-income families at no charge. We placed and installed 102 appliances in homes in 2024. 0 7147 Our 2nd Saturday Picnic brings member churches of No Walls together each month for a time of cultural learning, spiritual encouragement and friendship. Each picnic brings anywhere from 50 to 100 individuals, which include a number of children. 0 18 Our Talent & Testimony showcased local music talent who performed monthly before area youth and college students from our member churches and wider community. The event averaged 50 to 100 in attendance each month. 0 350 The "Service Squad," look for opportunities to come alongside the elderly, single moms, and others on the margins and provide home repair and improvement services, like floor repairs, repainting rooms, and building handicap ramps to name a few. We've even moved household belongings following an eviction. At the core of our work teams is the work of neighbors lending a hand to neighbors. We completed 45 projects for neighbors in 2024. 0 865 No Walls conducted a poverty-alleviation program called Open Table, which matches well-networked individuals with individuals and/or families looking to get out of poverty. The members of the Open Table are tasked to provide the needed help for participants to get out of poverty.
