Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a Full members have voting rights, provisional members do not have voting rights. Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b The head of each member school shall be its member representative and shall represent the member in all matters relating to the association, including, in the case of a member representative of a full member, exercising the full members right to vote. Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11 The form 990 is reviewed by the accounting director and the executive director prior to being filed with the internal revenue service.
