A second quarterly webinar focused on Wallachia. CGSI's largest event of 2023 was hosting a 19th Genealogical and Cultural Conference held at the Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. The conference included an online networking platform, cultural tours, workshops, and 48 sessions over three days, about 350 registrants took part in the conference. These Attendees came from the United States, Canada, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Part VI, Line 11b The 990 is available on request from members and on Guidestar. Part VI, Line 12c The conflict-of-interest policy was sent out to all board of directors and executive committee for signature that they read and understood it. Part VI, Line 19 All organizational documents are available upon request. Part VI, Line 6 The organization is based on membership but run by a board of directors. The return was filed by the extension date of 11/15/2024. The IRS returned it to the Society as it was not e-filed as required. We received it and are now refiling.
