Applicant names and addresses are hidden before an unbiased committee reviews all applications and awards scholarships based on need and circumstance, keeping the total of all awarded scholarships within the total scholarship budget allocated by the Board of Directors. All awarded tuition scholarships are applied directly to each family's preschool tuition. Her compensation is commensurate with her experience and expertise. Deliberation is documented and her salary is approved as part of the annual budgeting process, followed up by a written contract that is signed by the Director and the President of the Board.
