Structure is provided in the form of regular routines and schedules for things such as meals, outings, appointments, and activities. Our residents attend school, hold jobs, and/or regularly participate in community activities. Resident and staff training is also provided, including to ensure current first aid/CPR knowledge and nursing licensure.
