The Executive Management Committee is created to meet and act on behalf of the Board of Directors between meetings of the Board of Directors. The Executive Management Committee shall advise and aid the officers of the Corporation in all matters concerning the management of its business, and, between meetings of the Board of Directors, the Executive Management Committee shall possess and may exercise such additional powers and duties as the Board of Directors by resolution may specify.
