A detailed expenditure of the funds is written down and provided by the receiving volunteer on our forms, with signed declaration that the funds were utilized as described. The forms are submitted to us with receipts, photos, and videos of the expenses, programs, distribution, and/or needy persons. Many of the sites are visited on occasion to ensure the funds are utilized appropriately as described.
