On that meeting agenda, members of the Board of Directors have time to ask questions or express concerns. If there are questions or concerns that need addressing or there are changes that need to be made, those changes/additions are made at that time before submission. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c All conflicts shall be disclosed by board members to the board's executive committee. The disinterested members of the executive committee shall make a determination as to whether a conflict exists and what subsequent action is appropriate, if any, and inform the board of such determination and action. The board shall retain the right to modify or reverse such determination and action, and all shall retain the ultimate enforcement authority with respect to the interpretation and application of this policy.
