<ExplanationTxt>Our organization is in a growth phase where initial funding efforts were concentrated on private contributions and in-kind donations to establish our foundational programs. Additionally our reliance on volunteer support and minimal operating expenses contributed to the lower percentage of public funding. As we have now built a solid foundation we are actively working on increasing our public funding through targeted fundraising campaigns and grant applications. Starting in 2024 these efforts aim to ensure we meet the one-third public support requirement moving forward.</ExplanationTxt>
