We do this to grow a safe, healthy, and drug-free Lawrence County, TN. true false 10213 28964 In the avenue of our resource connection, through our TBI Alliance For Drug Endangered Children's program, we began a project in January 2023 called Grace House, where we utilized community donations to provide children in DCS care with the basic necessities they need during the transition process, as well as the items they and their new foster families will need to start off on the righ foot when they begin their new life. We did this because in TN south central region, Lawrence County has the highest numbers for children in foster care / DCS custody. We partnered with our juvenile magistrate, local law enforcement agencies, churches, civic organizations, local businesses, and many citizen volunteers to help wrap around services and needs for the students, families, and event the over worked DCS staff.
