Our task is to educate our membership about wine and to develop the skill of matching wine with food. We strive to drink high quality wines and to experience an eclectic array of foods prepared by the areas best chefs. Each month, a board member choose a restaurant or other venue to host a wine dinner. They worked with a chef or caterer to choose a menu and select wines to go with each course. Members teamed up with a board member to help host events to learn how to work with restaurants, develop menu selections and wine pairings.
