For 2023, all involved felt the instruments could be put to better use by MusicLandria, a local 501(c)(3) organization that provides a music library for local musicians who can't afford to buy instruments. 1 0 Schedule I, Part I, Line 2 Schedule I, Part I, Line 2 - Zado follows procedures for monitoring the use of its funds by following IRS tax rules. We maintain physical documentation of each year's records. For this donation in 2023, we used form 8282 as a model for donating the two accordions we received in 2022 to another 501(c)(3) organization, MusicLandria. Zado maintains this documentation on file. The accordions were used by Zado's musician on a limited basis in 2022. For 2023, all involved felt the instruments could be put to better use by MusicLandria, a local 501(c)(3) organization that provides a music library for local musicians who can't afford to buy instruments. Form 990, Part III, Line 2 Form 990, Part III, Line 2 - With COVID 19 restrictions lifted, Zado was able to meet again for both rehearsals and also for in-person performances. Zado performed at five events in 2023. Zado also applied for and was awarded an ARPA Grant through the City of Sacramento Arts and Culture Office for 2023-25 and began planning and rehearsing for an event in January 2024. Documents were reviewed, discussed, and approved by all Board officers and voting members at the meeting. Minutes of the meeting were taken and approved. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 - All documents and policies are provided to Zado members via email and/or hard copy prior to and in meetings and available on request.
