The forms will be submitted to the Executive Director and the need will be brought to the Executive Staff for discussion. When necessary or appropriate the full board may be enlisted to discuss a need. The bookkeeper will keep a spreadsheet of all fund expenditures, as with all organizational expenditures, and reports will be given monthly to the board as a regular part of the Treasurers report at meetings. Some participants receive incentives for participating in programs and completing projects. In these situations, staff working with the participant fills out a project completion form requesting incentives and submits it to the appropriate program director for approval. The bookkeeper keeps records of all fund expenditures in the same way as mentioned previously.
