Laurie Powers (former Registrar) took over for Sarah. Laurie is the spouse of a past Board President. All employees and coaches are paid the market rate for their role with the Club. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 2 Sarah McTighe has been an employee (Registrar) for several years. In 2021, her husband, Tug, was added to the volunteer Board. Sarah's compensation has remained the same for several years, with a cost of living adjustment in 2022. Sarah left employment in July, 2023, but Tug remains on the Board. Tug is also a Premier Coach and is paid for that duty using the same formula for the entire club, which is based on the number of players on the team roster. Nathan Herrington is the Operations Manager and a Premier Coach. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 The Club consists of members who pay registration fees to have their child play in the Club. There are different rates for different levels of play (Rec & Premier) and for age groups. No players are turned away, but not all players chose to play on the team of level to which they have been assigned, based on their skill level. Once voted into office, the Board elects the President and Vice-President from those serving on the Board. Board seats are elected to three year terms, with 1/3 being elected each year. Financial statements and policy documents are made available upon written request to the Club office. Form 990, Part IX, Line 11g Soccer Coaches, Field Marshals, and Referees are paid as 1099 contractors, which is an industry standard practice. Management and office personnel are classified as employees.
