The Organization is the Twin Cities' leader in youth social enterprise, where hundreds of teens learn and build real world skills that prepare them for successful futures. The Organization combines paid work experience in a small business setting (the bakery)with auxiliary workshops to promote career and leadership development for youth. In 2022, Cookie Cart employed 178 youth across the Twin Cities metro.
