Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Form 990 is normally reviewed by a volunteer consultant who is a CPA and has extensive experience in this field. For 2023, this was not reviewed due to health complications and availability of certain volunteer(s). However, the same process was followed in preparing/filing this form as in the previous years that have been reviewed. LGHA is operated by 100% volunteers. The Board and officers are made aware of the financial position with shared access to the documents and in regular meetings including annual Town Hall meeting with members/contributors. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Board, officers, and member volunteers meet often to discuss situations that arise and if the course of action is accordance to policy in place. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 These documents are shared in google drive with officers/members/volunteers. There is also an active website for activities/updates. There were schedule conflicts with volunteer work due to lack of resources and health complications. LGHA operates based on 100% volunteer. We do our best to comply and file F990 even through it is not required.
