Supplemenal Info The Olympia Film Society (OFS), established in 1980, owns Supplemenal Info and operates the historic Capitol Theater, the only Supplemenal Info independent art house theater in Thurston County. Supplemenal Info Built in 1924, the Capitol Theater is a recognizable Supplemenal Info landmark prominently located in the creative district Supplemenal Info of downtown Olympia, Washington. Supplemenal Info OFS is memeber-supported and operates the Capitol Theater Supplemenal Info with a small paid staff and dedicted volunteers of all Supplemenal Info ages who assist in a variety of operations of the Supplemenal Info organization. The OFS volunteer program offers mentorship Supplemenal Info and skills training in 35mm and digital film projection, Supplemenal Info event production, nonprofit arts managemenet, historic Supplemenal Info preservation, public speaking, patron services, Supplemenal Info leadership and money handling. Supplemenal Info Voted "Top 25 Coolest FIlm Festival in the World," OFS Supplemenal Info produces and collaborates on all genres of film festivals, Supplemenal Info concerts, film screenings, art displays and community Supplemenal Info events year round. National, regional and local bands Supplemenal Info have played the stage, and many filmmakers and actors Supplemenal Info join us for in person screenings, workshops and Q&A's.
