Part V, Items 1(c) and 1(m) As provided herein, the Mutual of Omaha Employee Financial Assistance Fund (Fund) has been established to provide charitable assistance to employees of Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company and its affiliates. Employees of Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company serve as officers, directors, and advisors to the Fund on a voluntary basis.
