This program consists mostly of in-kind diapers donated by the Lehigh Valley Diaper Bank. 1950 8729 Car Seat Program: provided 91 infants and toddlers with infant or convertible car seats. Most of these car seats were in-kind donations from the PA TIPP program. No grant money was used to buy them. The Program total expense was: $7229 (estimated FMV of car seats). 0 7229 Safe Sleep Program: provided 100 infants and toddlers with a bassinet or pack-n-play. We also provide sheets. Most of this program is funded by grants (grant total: $5,502.80).
