All students are interviewed by a committee of the Board. The final selection is made by the entire Board. No scholarships are paid until the student submits a transcript from their school to indicate that they are full-time students and are maintaining a passing grade average. Partial scholarships are given when a student is full-time during only part of the school year. Scholarships larger than $4,000 were paid from a specially donated fund to support students receiving vocational training. Pt VI, Line 11b Copies of the Form 990 are circulated and discussed at a meeting of the the Board of Directors. Copies are given to any board member who requests one.
