Part III, Program Service Accomplishment, Line 28The largest program of NAECS-SDE is the Annual Roundtable. The NAECS-SDE Annual Roundtable is the signature event of the association, bringing together state early childhood specialists from across the nation for a two-day professional learning and networking event. Each year, the program committee (a group of volunteer association members led by the Vice President of the Association) surveys membership and plans for programming at the annual meeting according to the relevant needs of early childhood state specialists. This year, the annual round was held virtually for all members due to the pandemic. So, the programming expenses include the online meeting platform that was used to deliver virtual programming to members in 2023. Part III, Program Service Accomplishment, Line 29Membership Services is the second largest programming for NAECS-SDE. This includes the association website with materials for members, the association listserv where members can interact via email, and programming membership services such as webinars and networking events. These services are maintained by the NAECS-SDE Executive Leadership Committee and the NAECS-SDE Executive Director. These services include expenses such as website maintenance, survey services, membership payment services and workspace services for business (categorized as web-based office platforms).
