We kept households from being disconnected and often allowed them to establish payment plans with the utility service. This type of assistance can include apartment, house and/or lot rental. We kept households from being evicted and often allowed them to establish payment plans with the landlords. We paid the landlords directly on behalf of the household. 238 94875 Lodging - Our Society of St. Vincent de Paul conference provided lodging assistance to help struggling individuals have a place to stay when passing through, visiting for healthcare, after being evicted or other reasons for not having a place to stay. This type of assistance included a hotel room for up to 1 week. Any assistance falling outside of the policies will need the approval of a minimum of four caseworkers to agree on the assistance or optionally the case may be decided at a conference meeting.
