Accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America require the Center's management to evaluate tax positions taken by the Center and to recognize a tax liability (or asset) if the Center has taken an uncertain tax position that will more-likely-than-not be sustained upon examiniation by taxing authorities. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the Center for the years ended June 30, 2023 and 2022 and believes that there are no such positions as of June 30, 2023 or 2022.
