Requests for printed travel materials are reviewed by the Executive Director. Upon completion of the grant period, YCM evaluates any VIC organizations that wish to apply for funding in future years. This involves reviewing the VICs' payroll reports, hours summaries, and a written summary outlining visitor traffic and trends to the VIC. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b ALL MEMEBERS OF THE GOVERNING BODY RECEIVE A COMPLETE COPY OF THE 990 BEFORE THE FORM IS FILED. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES ARE ASKED REGULARLY TO DISCLOSE ANY POTENTIAL CONFLICTS. IF SOMETHING IS DISCLOSED, THE GOVERNING BODY DISCUSSES POTENTIAL CONFLICTS DURING A PUBLIC MEETING TO DETERMINE IF ANY ACTION IS NECESSARY BASED ON THE PROCEDURES OUTLINED IN THE BYLAWS AND PROCEDURES MANUAL.
