While not hospitalized, I underwent numerous tests and was treated with a variety of medicines over a period of 5 months, showing little improvement until late winter. Many days I was essentially physically incapacitated, not able to complete even basic tasks. I fell far behind in both my volunteer (this organization) as well as my 'real' work and didn't have anyone else who could compile and complete even the relatively simple requirements of this filing. As of April 2024 I am finally no longer requiring on-going care for these health issues and am beginning to catch up on many tasks - including this documentation. I apologize, and will do my best to avoid a re-occurrence including making sure the president of our organization also has direct access to current documents and understands filing requirements.
