The Board of Directors of HOSF approves of the CEO's compensation in an annual Memorandum of Understanding with VCSS for administrative services. The amount for the reporting period was $120,000. Doug Scott's compensation from VCSS is for his service as VCSS President. He is not compensated for his role as a Board member. Doug Scott also served as President of VCSS, and his compensation from VCSS for the reporting period was $208,105.
