Members will learn to row and/or develop their sweep and sculling expertise. Members will compete in local, regional, and national competitions sanctioned by USRowing. PWRC will provide training opportunities for secondary school and collegiate coxswains. Prince William Rowing Club ran a summer and fall rowing season for 100 adult rowers of all experience levels. Members participated in ten local, regional, or national regattas, including the prestigious Head of the Charles regatta. PWRC also hosted a half-marathon regatta. Prince William Rowing Club provided opportunities for local high school and collegiate coxswains to hone their skills by practicing and competing in regattas with the masters rowers and receiving coaching.
