Once profitable the job description and payment would be decided by the board and majority vote and the length of officer payments with the understanding if the program does not make profit the wages would end and the program cost would be priority. If a conflict of interest were to occur the board would arbitrate and vote to determine outcome, document in minutes and administer decision to all parties involved.
