Due to the COVID pandemic, delay has taken place because our organization is run by volunteers some of whom are scientists and they were involved in COVID-19 research and activities. The delayed account reconciliation and audit led to some mistakes thereby requiring to file the amended return. This is an Amended return for already filed Form 990 for 2021. We found a few errors when auditing the 2021-2022 accounts collectively.
