Services include safety workshops, community events, and chaperoning. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 5: Facility Project:During the year, SEADC expanded to a second location in the Tenderloin to meet the needs of increase programming and services. The second location located at 281 Ellis is over 7000 square feet and is one and half block away from our current site. Over 100 clients drop in for services daily. The office space includes three bathrooms, a kitchenette room and four small meetings room and one large open multi-purpose room. This is a short-term 3 year lease while SEADC finds a permanent larger center. This is usually done prior to budget approval process. The recommendation is then forwarded to the full board. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 SEADC makes its governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements available to the public upon request.
