As a function of this dissolution, NxtGov will not seek the election of individuals to leadership (board) positions and will no longer recruit any members to join the organization. To ensure this dissolution is carried out appropriately, the current Treasurer, President, and Secretary shall remain in their current office to facilitate this transition beyond their current term (originally scheduled to terminate at the end of December 2023). All assets will be liquidated over the 2024 taxable year in the form of refunds and donations to other eligible non-profit organizations.
