Each subaward has a budget based on allowable costs for the federal program. Grantees submit monthly reimbursement requests based on actual costs. NCEDSV performs cyclical desk audits of expenses and monitors program activities annually. Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6 There are two classes of members - general members and program members. General members consist of any person, business, firm, partnership, association, corporation or group who submits an application of membership and whose dues are paid in the current year. General members do not have any voting rights. Program members shall consist of agencies, programs, or nonprofits including those of federally recongized native American tribes located in Nevada who 1) Provide domestic and/or sexual violence victim services or violence prevention education, 2) Whose beliefs are consistent with the Organizations philosophy and mission, and 3) Are committed, in mission and action, to honoring a victims choice in all aspects of that victims experience. Program members will have voting rights. Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a Program members elect 5 to 8 at-large community members to the Board of Directors and 2 to 5 individuals employed with a program member, but are not representative of any one region. The remaining Board members are region representatives, approved by the existing Board of Directors. Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11 An electronic copy of the Form 990 is provided to the Board for review prior to submission. Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c The conflict of interest policy is provided to all new employees and Board members. Employees and Board members are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest and refrain from voting on activities when a conflict exists. Audited by an independent accountant Part XII line 2b The Board of Directors is responsible for the selection of the financial statement auditors.
