Projects utilize donated services and expertise by professionals in the STEM, academic and business fields. Outreach Projects: Children & Charity International has field offices in 8 countries that were active in 24 local projects during 2022. the Care for a Child's Heart (CFACH) project was able to provide life-saving cardiac surgery for 36 in 2022. Patients had surgery in Kenya, India, and Tanzania. Since 2002, we have provided pre and post-op care and support for 285 children from Kenya, other East African countries, and Europe. Medicine was distributed to 500 patients, and we hosted 450 families at the Care Center. Surgeons correct life-threatening heart defects, while patients and their parents experience love at the Family Center.
