We also provide programing for service organizations (YMCA, Community Action) funded by local granting agencies (Stateline Community Foundation. Alliant Energy Foundation, Ecolab Foundation, Col. Robert Morse Foundation). Most of these trips happen at Big Hill Park, where the Welty Center is located, but Welty also leads after school programs that take place in school building (SDBs Todd Elementary). In the third-year of a National Science Foundation grant, Welty hosted high school interns for a semester-long experience and ran a summer day camp for autistic teenagers.
