Schedule D, Part XI, Line 1 The Airman Heritage Foundation hold as archives related to Enlisted Airman that have served in the United States Air Force. These include irreplaceable uniforms, documents, training manuals, poster, equipment and tools. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 The Foundation has members that are not members of the Board of Directors and they do not participate in any management function. Part of the revenue is the Membership. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8b Committees cannot act without consent of the Board of Directors. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Every year before filling with the IRS, the F990 is sent to each Officer/Director of the Foundation for review and agreement. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c The Foundation established a Conflict of Interest Policy in October 2017. The policy is monitored in Board Meetings which normally occur monthly. The Secretary and Treasurer have access to all actions/transactions that occur within the Foundation and would alert other board members if there is a conflict of interest. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 The Constitution, Bylaws and Financial Statements are provided upon request to any individual. The Constitution contains the Conflict of Interest Policy. Financial Statements are provided to and approved by the Board Members at each meeting to include the Annual Membership meeting. Form 990, Part IX, Line 11g These are services provided by contractor for Archive Storage and Appraisal and Public Interface with Museum attendees.
