This is the first time VN Helping Hands received over $250,000 of contributions I have trouble searching for how and where to file form 990. Im new to my job my real life I have so much to learn and catch up. Plus my dad is a stroke patient in his 92 years old. My mom is in her 88 years old. Tryng to catch up with my new job and taking care of my parents and all kind of doctor appointments for both of them is very difficult. For the last 12 months it really burn me out. I couldnt find time to search for how to file or call IRS to help on filing VN Helping Hands tax because all the time during the day is booked. VN Helping Hands is a volunteer work I do not receive any salary. Therefore I would like to ask for the waive of the late filing penalty this time. Ill try my best to file on time in the future.
