Under the covenants of the original loan proceeds the organzation has to meet certain objectives of its mission and non-profit business purposes during a given period of time. The objectives havbe been achieved and the covenants fullfilled whereby the organization received forgiveness and the loan amount has been absorbed/converted into grant income of the organization.
