The national association of counties also does an annual survey of compensation in government in government insurance pools across the Country. This information is all used in determining compensation levels for the executive director, risk management director, and other key positions. The board of directors approves the final compensation for the executive director. Part VI, Section B, Line 1 The governing body delegates authority to act on its behalf to an executive committee. The executive committee is comprised of the president president-elect vice-president immediate past president and district members. The treasurer and executive director shall be nonvoting members. Part VI, Line 6 District representatives members representing odd numbered districts shall be selected for a 2 year term during even numbered years and members representing odd numbered years at NMAC annual conference. The Board of Representatives shall caucus to select one board member representative from their district to represent their counties on the executive committee.
