In addition, after determination, the salary of the President is based on years of service according to the Teachers' Pay Schedule. The salary of the President also was accounted for due to the additional time attributed to working with the ISD School Board outside of normal working hours. The Executive Board reviewed the salary of the Treasurer and reduced it from the previous Treasurer's salary who had been with the Local for two years.
