Form 990, Part XI, Line 9 Payroll correction issued in 2023 This is a small grassroots organization that experienced significant growth in 2022. An extension was filed to seek guidance from an accountant and nonprofit tax advisors. Unfortunately the treasurer's father was hospitalized and needed support until after the extension deadline (October). Soon after the treasurer fell ill and was hospitalized as well. The organization engaged a firm to assist with the accounting and bookkeeping however they did not have immediate capacity. The organizations leadership changed and they have found adequate support and filings should be timely moving forward.
