On an annual basis, the Foundation reviews detail from ICBM to ensure it satisfies the public support test under section 509(a)(2). Part IV, Section A, Line 3c: The Foundation was created to support ICBM through the operation of the Team Future Bankers program. This program was a guided high school internship program for independent community banks within Minnesota. The program was a paid educational opportunity for high school students and an excellent community outreach tool served as a springboard for future careers in community banking. Funding for this program ended in 2017 and there has been no activity since then.
