The organization is independent of the EU Delegation, but coordinates with it on activities and fundraising. Due to the COVID pandemic and a change in the Head of the Delegation, fundraising activities were limited for the past few years. The organization will be meeting with the new head of the EU Delegation to plan activities, fundraising, and the organization's future. The Directors will continue to make contacts to solicit funds while maintaining the delicate political balance with the EU member states. Without the consent of a member state, the organization is not to solicit contributions from organizations or individuals that might contribute to a member state or one of its organizations.
