Pt VI, Line 7a Members elect the governing body. Accredited professional members select a designated number of the people serving on the Board of Directors. Other member categories select people to serve on the remainder of the board. Pt VI, Line 11b The Executive Director reviews the tax return, then forwards to board members for review prior to filing. Pt VI, Line 12c Directors are required to complete a conflict of interest form annually. The form is maintained and monitored by the Executive Director. Any potential conflict of interest is presented to the Ethics Committee and resolved accordingly. Pt VI, Line 15a The Board of Directors determines compensation of the Executive Director after research of comparable compensation packages.
