The trustee is a faculty member of the member University, appointed by a Provost, Dean or Vice President of the member University. Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b Review of form 990 by governing body Form 990 is prepared by personnel in the Controller's Office of Dartmouth College, one of the Corporation's member institutions. Prior to the return being filed, a draft of the completed Form 990 is sent to the Treasurer of the Corporation. The Treasurer of the Corporation meets with the Controller's Office personnel to review the draft 990, the process by which it was prepared and to discuss items of significance, and resolve any questions. Prior to filing, the 990 is sent to the full board.
