Form 990, Part III, Line 4a Treatment & recovery services - recovery coaching, support groups, individual and group counseling and case management, medication assisted treatment direct referrals, recovery programming, telephone support, primary health and behavioral health referrals, and assessments and elevations, we provide Naloxone distribution, opiod overdose prevention training and workshops to various community settings including sober homes, homeless shelters, churches, businesses, and other non-profit and human service organizations, assist with transportation to recovery support services at the center; provide volunteer oportunities for those in recovery to contribute time and talent to the community at large.
