This founding purpose remains central. (1) In 2023, the Hildebrand Project finalized one translation and prepared multiple books for future release. (2) We released one audiobook in 2023, Liturgy and Personality, and recorded another. (3) We continued to edit Hildebrand's spoken reflections on the Church's feasts and seasons. 199066 12550 27661 Academic: The Hildebrand Project supports the engagement and study of Hildebrand through a range of programs. (1) We held our 13th annual Summer Seminar on the topic Gratitude with 72 in-person and 40 virtual attendees. (2) We held our annual summer Graduate Residency, welcoming 17 graduate students in Steubenville to hone their philosophical writing with academic mentors. (3) We supported three scholarships for MA philosophy students at Franciscan University of Steubenville and three stipends for essay contest winners to present at the American Catholic Philosophical Association. (4) We organized two weekend colloquia for invited scholars: on Dietrich von Hildebrand and Dallas Willard (June 2023), and on Alice von Hildebrand (November 2023). (5) We hosted an advanced reading group of eight sessions on the writings of Edith Stein and Alice von Hildebrand. 165496 0 0 Education and Outreach: (1) To serve non-scholarly audiences, we offer virtual reading groups of 2-4 sessions with open registration; in 2023, we hosted 16 groups for a total of 267 participants. (2) We launched a new virtual series on Personalism in the Professions. (3) Public events, including our annual summer seminars, are filmed and presented on the Hildebrand Project's YouTube channel (www.hildebrandproject.org). (4) The Hildebrand Project communicates regularly with our social media followers and our email list. We grew our social media presence on all platforms, particularly on Instagram, where our audience increased 83% and our reach increased over 1,300%. We preserve these materials for future generations and make them available to scholars of Dietrich von Hildebrand and the personalist tradition. In 2022, we received an extensive collection of paintings, sketches, and sculptures by Dietrich von Hildebrand's father, the well-known architect and sculptor Adolf von Hildebrand, by other members of the Hildebrand family, and by other artists. We preserve these artworks for students and scholars wishing to understand the cultural milieu in which Dietrich von Hildebrand was formed and lived. Schedule D, Part V, Line 4 In June 2019, the Hildebrand Project's board approved the creation of a dedicated fund to ensure the continuation of the Hildebrand Project's mission to publish and promote the thought of Dietrich and Alice von Hildebrand. On November 10, 2021, one member resigned his position, leaving the organization with two members.
