The short form application asks for basic contact information from the applicant, along with a description of how the funds will be used and how the funds will enhance the applicant's ability to promote Christian Biblical principles.The Foundation may request additional information from it's long-form application, including but not limited to, applicants tax-exempt status verification, organizing documents, program/project budget, organizations financial statements, and other relevant information.
