These amounts are reviewed and approved by the Board of Trustees annually. All eligible employees of Mars Hill Productions receive a gym membership, or membership fees up to $25 per month, as part of their benefit package. There is a gym in the same office complex; these memberships promote overall health and well being for employees. Schedule J, Part I, Line 4 The organization maintains a nonqualified supplemental compensation plan for Fred Carpenter, President, which is being funded and has scheduled payouts in current and future years. The Board of Trustees reserves the funds for this purpose. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b A preliminary draft of the Form 990 was distributed to all Finance Committee members of the Board of Trustees for review. Any and all comments were noted and acted upon. Then, a final copy was provided to all Board members prior to filing.
