Further, if a Director provides services for the organization that directly result in income to the organization (for example, teaching a class), the organization shall not be prohibited from providing complementary services to the Director (for example, attendance at a class or an event), provided the value of the services provided to the Director is less than the income received for the services provided by the Director.
